Success comes from taking consistent actions and it is during this journey where one will build their mental resilience muscle.
Q -What makes this book different?
Most women asked me HOW I balanced my life while running different businesses and working full time. They wanted the tools or secret recipe and this book provides the reader with tools in almost every chapter and ends with specific ways to build your resilience muscle so it becomes the first reflex in challenging times.
Q -What was the inspiration behind your writing and was there a life-changing event?
It was my desire to share my knowledge with others and my daughter and make a difference in other peoples lives.
